Smartsign Room helps you keep track of your meeting room bookings. No more double-booked meeting rooms thanks to the connection to two of the worlds largest calendar systems (Office 365 and Google Workspace), which means that the screen is synced to your calendar in real time.

Canceled meetings, where the bookings haven’t been removed from the calendar, are automatically detected shortly after the meeting’s start time and will change the room status to vacant. This is due to the fact that the display requires you to check in when starting a meeting.
